What You'll Be Able to Do
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need current Excel skills?
Yes — you should be comfortable with basic formulas, sorting, filtering. The course starts at intermediate and moves to advanced.
Which Excel version do you use?
Microsoft 365 (desktop). XLOOKUP and modern Power Query are covered. If you have Excel 2019, we note the compatibility differences.
Do I need programming experience for VBA?
No. We teach VBA from first principles — variables, loops, conditions — as part of module 5.
Should I take this or Power BI?
Take Advanced Excel first if you're not there yet — Power BI assumes strong Excel foundations. Then take Power BI to scale beyond Excel's row limits.
What is the schedule?
Weekday batches 7-9 PM IST, weekend batches Sat-Sun 10 AM-1 PM IST. All classes are recorded with lifetime access.
Will I get placement support?
Yes — resume rework highlighting Excel/VBA skills, and referrals for Analyst, MIS and Ops roles.
What salary can I expect?
MIS Executives with advanced Excel skills typically earn more than baseline MIS roles; Analyst-track roles that require advanced Excel/VBA pay a further premium industry-wide.
Is Excel dying because of Python?
No — Python is complementary at scale. Excel remains the default tool for corporate reporting in India, and combined Excel + Python skills earn a premium.
